I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)

II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to all legal New York City tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) residents age 21 years and older.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes, Brooklyn Brewery, any of the listed organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Winners who have won a prize with ESPN Deportes NY 1050 AM within the past 90 days are NOT ELIGBLE to participate.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Enter-to-win campaign will run between April 11 12:01am – June 4, 2016, 11:59pm. Throughout the campaign, consumers will have the opportunity to enter for a chance to win the sweepstakes by texting the code word to 442-02. Code word will be available at select Key Food, Met Food, Compare Foods, Pioneer, Food Town, and Associated locations which will be announced on air. Text entry deadline is June 4th at 11:59pm.
Throughout the campaign, consumers will additionally have the option to enter for a chance to win the contest by writing the code word, along with the entrant’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address on a piece of paper and mailing it to ESPN New York, Cerveza y Beisbol Sweepstakes, 125 West End Avenue 6th Floor, New York, NY 10023. All mail-in entries must be received by June 3rd. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due.
Only texts to the specified number can win. Standard carrier-messaging and data charges may apply to each text message sent and received. All text entrants must have a text message two-way capable phone and digital and SMS service in order to enter using the text messaging method. Text messaging may not be available in all areas. By entering via text message, Entrant grants Sponsor consent: (1) to text the cell phone used an acknowledgement message; and (2) to call your cell should you be selected as a potential winner. Please consult your carrier for applicable charges. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of participant to complete text within specified time, whether due to telephone malfunctions or other circumstances.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
Potential Grand Prize winners will be randomly chosen from all eligible text or mail-in entries and notified by the ESPN Deportes 1050 AM Promotions Department at the phone number provided at the time of the entry on Monday, June 6, 2016. Potential winners must respond to the phone number or email provided within 48 hours or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected, time permitting.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZE(S)
Three (3) Grand Prize winners will each receive:
• A pair (2) of tickets to a professional baseball game in Queens, NY
Prize Value: $308.00
The tickets to be awarded to each winner will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All other travel, meals, and any other expenses associated with this event are the sole responsibility of the winner. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes, Brooklyn Brewery and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
Event prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of prize.
To claim prize, (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) winner must sign and return station documents (Value Acknowledge/W-9 Forms) within the specified time or prize will be forfeited. (By June 15, 2016)
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
