Zlatan Ibrahimovic nets 36th Ligue 1 goal as Paris Saint-Germain draw

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his 36th Ligue 1 goal of the season as Paris St Germain drew 1-1 at Bordeaux.

The Sweden star, who is expected to leave PSG at the end of the season, is now one goal short of Carlos Bianchi's 38-year record of 37 in a single season for the club, with one match to play.

The runaway league champions could have taken a third-minute lead when Ibrahimovic teed up Adrien Rabiot but he sent a lob narrowly high and wide.

Lucas Moura then fluffed a simple tap-in from Ibrahimovic's cross-shot, shooting weakly at Bordeaux goalkeeper Jerome Prior.

Bordeaux had their chances in the first half too, and Cheick Diabate found the roof of the net while Jaroslav Plasil's shot forced a save from Kevin Trapp.

Shortly before the interval Adam Ounas went on a mazy run before feeding Diego Rolan, whose angled shot was saved by the legs of Trapp.

The rebound came out to Ounas but the youngster could not adjust his feet in time and prodded the ball wide.

The breakthrough came in the 59th minute when Angel Di Maria swung in a tempting cross to the far post.

Ibrahimovic expertly peeled away from his marker before directing his header back across goal and into the net.

But seven minutes later PSG failed to deal with a corner and Nicolas Pallois slammed in the loose ball to equalise.

The visitors almost won it at the death but Pallois cleared Moura's shot off the line.
